Customer Orientation

The primary objective of Wieland Edelmetalle GmbH is achieving a consistent quality and customer satisfaction based on certain controlled processes. Quality policy, management system and quality assurance are determining elements of corporate responsibility.

The aim of our quality policy is the conformity of products and services with the demands and wishes of our customers as well as with applicable laws and regulations. Quality and delivery reliability are basic requirements for reputation, success and competitiveness of our company in national and international markets and thus to secure the jobs of our employees. The satisfaction of business partners is the standard by which we are measured and provides confidence.

The certified management system consists of segment- and product-specific standards based on:

 - Quality management according to DIN EN ISO 9001

 - Medical devices according to DIN EN ISO 13485 Annex II without 4 of Directive 93/42/EWG

 - Accreditation according to DIN EN ISO 17025

The standard requirements are applied segment- and product-specific. The management provides the necessary human and material resources for the maintenance, development and improvement of the management system.

Executives and employees of Wieland GmbH are obliged to familiarize themselves with the regulations of the management system, to comply with and implement them together in their daily working process. Customer-oriented, quality-conscious, cost-conscious, resource-saving and profit-oriented actions are part of our corporate culture.

Professional competence, qualified and motivated employees

The professional competence as well as qualification and motivation of employees are preconditions for quality and service.

Control of work processes and interfaces

Of particular importance in ensuring the quality and delivery reliability is the establishment of business and production processes. Therefore, processes, workflows and interfaces within the enterprise and between the companies and their customers, suppliers and service providers are adequately covered by the management systems.

Measurement, analysis, evaluation and improvement

Error prevention has priority over error correction. The constant improvement of our products, services and processes is the central goal of Wieland Edelmetalle. Quality policy and management systems provide the framework for departmental-, process- and product-related quality goals.

Measurement, regular analysis and evaluation of the product and service quality, resources and processes create opportunities for continuous improvement of company processes and the organization of interfaces.

Strategic partnerships underpin our commitment to complete the product range and expand our market presence. For this purpose, we coordinate a network of distributors, contractors and business partners.
